The initial intake session rate is $75.00 per hour which includes a client journal. The hourly rate for a counseling service is $60.00 paid by cash or check. Electronic payments are accepted through Zelle by Dr. Pavliga, all credit card companies are accepted by Hollie Bandy. Sliding fees scale may be available. No person or family will be turned away for financial reasons.

Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot keep a follow-up appointment and 48 hours notice if you cannot keep an initial appointment. There will be a fee charged for missed appointments and last minute cancellations.
